You'll find he's very much hands on attending to his guests making sure everybody is having an enjoyable evening. The food is always top notch with the specialty fish & seafood paella which is just heaven for fish lovers. For those who like a good steak, it is always tasty and tender. Vegetarians and children are well catered for also, and the menu is reasonably priced. All in all it is an excellent restaurant.
