maintained and can accommodate all skill levels. Tenerife green fees vary from course to course, but are reasonable considering the
weather is your friend, not your enemy! So if you are a beginner, play off scratch or are a pro, you will find a course
that’s right for you. We have listed the Tenerife golf courses available below.
Golf Las Americas
This challenging course is just outside of las Americas and is maintained to high standard, with a professional and
friendly staff. Once again picturesque views to the ocean and mountains can be enjoyed while playing and the course is
suitable for all types of player. The forgiving fairways of this course make for a great day golfing, but keep an eye out
for the our feathered friends who live around the water features. The green fees for this excellent course
are 94€ in winter and 62€ in summer for 2008.
Costa Adeje Golf
This is another course with panoramic views of the ocean and mountains, suitable for all types of golfer. There are some
interesting holes that will test even the keenest golfers approach shots. The course is close to the main resort areas of
los Cristianos, las Americas and Fanabe. The green fees for this conveniently located course are 84€
in winter and 54€ in summer for 2008.
Amarilla Golf
This is a course were accuracy is the key to a good round and you will find it to be both an interesting and challenging
course with some difficult holes. Amarilla Golf course is suitable for most golfers but beginners will find it challenging.
There are two par threes where you actually tee off over the Atlantic ocean, so try not to drop your ball in the drink.
The green fees for this course are 77€ during the winter and 57€ during the summer for 2008.
Buena Vista Golf
To the Northwest of Tenerife, we have one of the best courses around. It is suitable for most golfers from the beginner upwards, and affords the player some breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. Two of the eighteen holes are played
alongside the ocean, so watch out for the sea spray. The green fees for this exceptional course are
80€ in winter and 55€ in summer for 2008.
Golf del Sur
This course is a 27 hole par72 and it provides the only vegetation in what is an otherwise baron area. Golf del Sur is a
testing course which is more suitable for people who play off scratch or have a good handicap. The course provides the
player with breath taking views of the sea and Mount Teide, and is peppered with volcanic black sand bunkers, so players
beware. The green fees for this difficult course are 79€ during the winter, and 54€ during the
summer for 2008.
Abama Golf
This particular course is the most recent addition to the golf courses of Tenerife.
Part of the prestigious Abama Hotel resort, Abama Golf is a testing course for all golfers.
You are unlikely to get lost while playing as the buggies come with GPS included.
The green fees are 200€ all year round for 2008.
